For International Women’s Day 2017, we wanted to showcase the remarkable women that work in Shell. At the heart of our recruitment content strategy is a charge to create human messaging; we also know that the most trusted form of content is user generated. With this in mind, who better to add their voices to International Women’s Day than the women themselves?
Our subjects came from many different countries and roles from across the company. We gave them a brief to submit a photo-and video-led mini-journal of their typical daily lives, their proud successes and what they do away from work. Our subjects were delighted to be considered, submitting very different but equally inspiring photo-stories, and we think the results speak for themselves.
