Our meme today highlights a new report from Return Path, which reveals that marketers are prioritising email marketing, and specifically more personalisation in email, certainly reinforcing the attitudes we highlighted in our recent blog. Meanwhile the same survey revealed that customer retention and increasing customer engagement are high on the priority list, too, and the biggest barrier facing marketers these days is retrieving customer data of a high quality.
