Meme: The business case for personalised content

A new report from Salesforce, entitled “State of the Connected Customer”, goes some way to describing why a personalised content marketing strategy helps to engage audiences, and why we will always prescribe a persona-led approach when we design one. As well as putting a lot of onus on a great mobile experience, according to the report, 57% of consumers expect companies to innovate and 57% of business buyers are likely to switch to another brand if a company can’t show that it is anticipating their needs and providing a user experience that is tailored to them.
